Returns Policy
Full Price Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided that they have the receipt and all tickets attached, are unworn and in a saleable condition.
Sale Goods If in general sale may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they have the receipt and all tickets are attached, are unworn and in saleable condition.
Please respect the fact that we are a small store and carry only a limited amount of stock. We are very happy for you to try before you buy and want you to leave the store feeling happy with your purchase. Thank you!
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes we do sell gift vouchers that are available to purchase in store or by contacting us. These are the perfect gift for someone special to let them choose their ideal gift.
If you can’t pop into the store give us a call 01263 722213 or contact us via facebook messages or Instagram. We can arrange a payment link to be sent to you and we will prepare the voucher for the receiver to collect the voucher in store!
Can I order from you if I see something I like on our social media?
Yes! If you see something on one of our Facebook lives, posts or Instagram posts just drop us a message on the relevant platform and we can arrange delivery.
We have limited stock so if you see something you love its best to act quick! We can let you know what sizes are available and delivery options.
